I'm paraphrasing, but:
"Baseball bats, rocks, etc can all be used to kill people. The Bible says Samson killed 1,000 men with the jawbone of a donkey, but last I checked, we haven't banned donkey bones"
aw sh*t... NO.
The difference is, baseball bats were *DESIGNED* for baseball, and rocks just exist... you can find them anywhere. Anyone who's using them to kill somebody has corrupted their use (not like rocks have a "use" though)
Can i go to the park and play baseball with a gun? Can i find guns sporadically laid out in dirt? No... they're *DESIGNED* for killing people, you don't have to be a 'deadly person' to kill someone with a gun, it's already a deadly weapon.
