Sports scholarship?
do u think i can get a baseball scholarship. I am a junior at a small 1A high school in texas. I have started on my baseball team since i was a freshmen but i have only played defense for the last 2 years no offense at all because I tore my ACL twice playing football. i am a excellent defensive player. i made the all district team without taking a single at-bat. I also got defensive MVP at the Texas high school eligible state tournament this summer (my team won tha championship).
This year i will finally play both ways (granted i dont get hurt in basketball). Do u think I can get a scholarsip at some small school in texas like Concordia,Houston-Tillson, or something like that.
My GPA or watever is like a 98.9 or something like that. And there is a thing called DH
I am about 6'2 and 230 pounds and this year believe it or not im going to play SS
If you stop playing other sports and dedicate yourself to baseball exclusively, you can possibly get a scholarship. Many schools though are probably going to look past you because of your two injuries and since you haven't proven yourself offensively.
