Kids/Toddler Baseball Tee Ball Bat and Glove Sizes?

My 3.5 yr old daughter is starting t-ball/baseball this spring and is required to have a bat and glove. My question is what size for each? I have no clue what size glove or bat would be best or fit a 3/4 yr old. Does anyone know or give me any help? Thanks
Thanks Max..I will try those tests on her to see if they work for her. I actually was able to find a 9 inch glove and a 24 inch tee ball bat. Do you think those sizes would work?

The smallest one you can get at Wal-Mart.
