It was on last night's episode during her interview. It was a pink (diamond looking) heart shaped necklace.
It might be a Lalique pendant on a custom chain. www.lalique.com. I had someone look into it for me, and she was able to reach a producer of DWTS and was directed to email another producer who may be able to provide insight. If I hear anything, I will post it here.
