So you want more speed in your soccer (football) game to run at their opponents and they disagree on how. Well, to develop speed to play good football is very different from developing speed say, by a track and field career. Why is this so? That's because you have to develop various types of speed rather than sprint speed.
The types of speed you need to develop are: -
