No matter what level of boxing you are at, you will find something that suits your abilities. It is okay if you do not want to jump into the ring. Do not get discouraged thinking you are not strong enough or heavy enough. There are different classes and levels depending on your strength. It is just like any other sport that you must train for and practice to get better. No one expects you to be a champion right from the get go.
